Substitution

As a gift from mother nature, each flower is unique and cannot be identical, and so is our products. Colors, shapes, and sizes may vary depending on the grower or season. Due to seasonal and regional availability, weather conditions and other unpredictable factors beyond our control, not all products shown in the catalog or website are in stock. When this happen, we will substitute flowers of equal or higher value, while keeping to the original design color and style as much as possible. We will do our best to notify you if we need to change the main flower / main plant in the design, but we may go ahead with substitution without notification to prevent delays.
